AWAS appoints Philip Jackmauh as General Counsel and head of Legal Department
AWAS has appointed Philip Jackmauh as General Counsel and head of its newly consolidated Legal Department. This new structure combines the business’ former Office of General Counsel and Business & Legal Services team, thus merging corporate governance and transactional functions into one integrated group.
