Embraer signed a contract with Oman Air for the sale of five EMBRAER 175 aircraft from the E-Jets family. Four of the jets will be operated by the airline and one will serve with the Royal Omani Police. The newly ratified deal also includes purchase rights for another five aircraft. The total value of the firm order, at list price, is US$ 177.5 million, and could double if all purchase rights are converted. The first delivery is scheduled for the first quarter of 2011.
