BOC Aviation has delivered a new Boeing 737-800 aircraft on long-term lease to Skymark Airlines of Japan. The lease agreement was inked in late 2007 and the aircraft marks the first delivery by BOC Aviation to a Japanese carrier. The aircraft will join the low cost carrier’s current fleet of 10 Boeing 737-800 aircraft and fly domestic trunk routes from Tokyo to Asahikawa, Fukuoka, Hokkaido, Kobe and Okinawa.
