Joramco, the Amman-based maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider and the engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), has signed its first maintenance agreement with GetJet Airlines, headquartered in Lithuania, that offers charter services on behalf of numerous international airlines, including LOT Polish Airlines, Wizz Air, Finnair, Air Malta, Tunisair, and others.

The partnership between GetJet Airlines and Joramco began in June of this year when the MRO provider successfully performed maintenance work on one of GetJet’s A320 aircraft. Joramco then completed a successful and comprehensive C-check on one of GetJet’s A330 aircraft in July.

“The partnership with Joramco opens new possibilities. A trustful MRO partner enables us to plan business processes, including an aircraft check, more accurately. It is essential, especially in these post-pandemic times with recovering aviation. Therefore, we are looking forward to having another fruitful collaboration with Joramco,” said Darius Viltrakis, GetJet Airlines CEO.

Joramco aims to elevate the standards of commercial aircraft maintenance for the entire MENA region and strives to be a global leader in offering efficient, world-class, technology-driven MRO and technical aviation services to its clients around the world.
