Hawker Pacific reported the purchase of up to 26 Diamond DA40 CS aircraft by Flight Training Adelaide.  GECAS reported the delivery of three new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Royal Air Maroc. The aircraft come from GECAS’ existing order book with Boeing and were the third, fourth and fifth new aircraft delivered to the airline in 2011 to help them with fleet growth.

Etihad Airways has signed a firm order for two additional A330-200F freighter aircraft to meet their growth plans in the cargo market. The airline took delivery of its first aircraft at the Farnborough International Airshow in 2010. This latest order will increase the fleet of the airline’s cargo business, Etihad Crystal Cargo, to four A330-200F freighters.
AviancaTaca, which includes subsidiary AeroGal of Ecuador, has signed a purchase agreement for 33 eco-efficient A320neo and 18 A320 Family aircraft. The order, which is the largest from a single airline in the region in terms of number of aircraft, follows a MOU signed during the Le Bourget Air Show in Paris in June 2011.
Eurocopter’s Mexican subsidiary, Eurocopter de México S.A. (EMSA), delivered a single-engine AS350 B2 helicopter to the Quito Aerial Police Service, of the Ecuadorian National Police Force, for use on public security missions. Macquarie AirFinance has delivered two Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Buenos Aires-based operator Aerolineas Argentinas. Airstream International has arranged the sale and onward lease of one DeHavilland DHC-8 Q300 aircraft previously operated by Austrian regional carrier InterSky. The aircraft was purchased by lessor AeroCentury Corp and leased for six years to Island Aviation Services of the Maldives. The aircraft will undergo maintenance and be placed into service in February.
Norwegian (NAS) has signed an agreement with both Airbus and Boeing for delivery of a total of 222 new aircraft.
