Aer Lingus reports update on maintenance contracts

Aer Lingus Group plc is entering into exclusive final contract negotiations with a number of successful suppliers following the competitive tender for the provision of elements of the Company’s maintenance services. The competitive tender process was separated into four distinct elements: line activities; base maintenance; components; and wheels and brakes. Hamilton Sundstrand signs spare parts agreement with Evergreen

Honeywell and ST Aerospace expand component maintenance relationship

Honeywell has expanded its relationship with ST Aerospace through the signing of a five-year maintenance service agreement for a select range of Honeywell cockpit avionics and mechanical systems installed on Boeing 737, Airbus A320 and selected legacy aircraft. Messier Services Asia signs major contract with China Eastern

Messier Services Asia has signed a new major agreement with China Eastern covering 24 Airbus A320 landing gear program for exchange, maintenance and overhaul. The work has already started and will continue throughout 2008 & 2009. Following its Boeing certification and the expansion of its facility, Messier Services Asia has started maintenance and overhaul on B737 New Generation Landing Gears. The first overhauled gear was shipped out on the 5th of November 2007 and Messier Services Asia will have the opportunity to increase further the volume this year on this type of gear.
