Doric Asset Finance delivered two Airbus A319s to the Tunisian airline Syphax Airlines on 14th and 15th March 2012, respectively. US Airways and MTU Maintenance Hannover have signed a multi-year CF6-80C2 Engine Maintenance Agreement. The agreement covers overhaul services for the engines which power the airline’s fleet of Boeing 767-200 aircraft, and includes engine accessories. MTU’s relationship of providing engine maintenance services for US Airways dates back to 1993 with America West Airlines.
Dublin based aircraft lessor, AWAS, has delivered a new Airbus A320 passenger aircraft to S7 Airlines in Russia. This is the first of two A320s that AWAS will deliver to S7 Airlines in the first quarter of 2012.
Eurocopter India, a subsidiary of Eurocopter, announced its first bookings in India for 2012. Comprising light and medium class helicopters, the bookings included an AS350 B3e, an EC135 and an EC155.
