Sikorsky Aircraft and Aero Vodochody sign MOU for cooperation in Central & Eastern Europe

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. and Aero Vodochody a.s. announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly explore aerospace industry cooperation in Central and Eastern Europe. Hamilton Sundstrand to extend C.A.R.E. agreements with SIAEC

Hamilton Sundstrand has extended its Comprehensive Asset Repair and Exchange (C.A.R.E.) programs with SIA Engineering Co. (SIAEC), a Singapore-based aircraft maintenance company, to provide repair services and asset management for engine and airframe components on Airbus A320 and Boeing 777 aircraft. The deals include support for Hamilton Sundstrand and other suppliers’ equipment. The agreement includes support for up to 105 Airbus A320 and 13 Boeing 777-300 aircraft. The agreement includes spare parts support for electric power and air management assets for the Boeing 777-300s, and support for V2500 engine accessories, electric power and emergency power equipment for the Airbus A320s. Eclipse Jet announced formation of Global Service Center network

Eclipse Jet LP (Eclipse Jet) announced it has entered into an agreement with Eclipse Service Network, a logistics and management organization to form a network of third-party Service Centers across the United States. TAM and bmi initiate codeshare agreement for Brazil and UK flights

TAM, Brazil’s largest airline, and Britain’s bmi, the second-largest airline operating out of Heathrow Airport, in London, will initiate an operational codeshare agreement on April 14. Approved by officials of both countries, the initial phase of the bilateral agreement will allow the two companies to expand services for customers traveling between Brazil and the United Kingdom, resulting in more destination options in both countries and convenient connections for the largest Brazilian and British cities.

TAT Technologies receives contract from Embraer

TAT Technologiest has been awarded a contract by Embraer, to be responsible for the design, manufacture, integration, testing, supply, and product support for the heat exchangers to be incorporated into the Legacy 450 midlight & Legacy 500 midsize, new executive jets being developed by Embraer.
